This last Saturday was another beautiful wedding, in a stunning venue!
Courtney & Wilson it was truly an honor to not only be your cousin, but that you chose Shelby & I to photograph your day.
Surrounded by a multitude of family & friends they celebrated this joyous occasion, and a celebration it was!

Their bridal party was wonderful to work with! Thanks especially to a few guys that kept us laughing!
There is a certain type of light that is just yummy….when it shows up, as a photographer. You must use it!
Fortunately we were able to sneak away from the reception long enough to capture these next few…….
Which may very well be my favorites from the whole day!

I’ll be back in the next few weeks to showcase some of the reception details and the hilarious introduction to the reception of the bridal party! It really can’t be skipped over! Loved it!
Congrats you two! I hope you are enjoying your honeymoon in Carmel…

I love our friends. We have many different kinds, ones we go to church with, family, & friends that are family. The ones that live far away….. there is just something special about them. Every single one we just click with, like there was no time laps in between visits, we just pick up where we left off.
This family is no different. God brought them here to North Idaho, for a reason…. we met them, got our families together a handful of times, then God called them back to California, for a reason. When they showed up at my door unexpectedly last week, I was so excited to see them. It left me wishing I knew that reason. But being patient with God, well… one thing I’ve learned is that He’s worth waiting for. Someday they may make it up into our neck of the woods again…. But in the meantime they are together and happy.
It was a pleasure to tag along on your photoshoot with Jackie! Thanks so much for having me, I was completely thrilled you had booked a session with her to help document your memories in our neck of the woods.
This little man is the cousin to the adorable girls from last week.
He fell asleep on the bike ride over to meet me, so we let him sneak in a few winks before mom woke him up. I kid you not, his mommy had a beautiful retro bike and was wearing wedges.
Yeah for us that he didn’t wake up like “grumpy bear,” as my girls would say!
Color or black & white….? I couldn’t decide!
I think he had marshies in his pocket… yes I bribe kiddos! I know its terrible. Oddly enough this guy didn’t want anything to do with them, well ok… he liked to PLAY with them!
If this handsome little man gets 15 comments, I will add a free 8×10 to his Mom’s order! So show him some lovin’ !
I love my job. REALLY, I mean that! I was blessed to assist my friend Jackie from Jax-Creations by second shooting this amazingly beautiful wedding.
Here are just a handful of my favorites from that very warm, but lovely day!
Thanks Jackie for having me along!
Congratulations Justin & Jordan!
